Low-temp fusible bonding or stitch-on borders to prevent fabric puckering or elasticity loss during jumps and turns.

Recommended: Sew-on border or 130°C low-heat adhesive with protective teflon sheet.

Avoid: High-heat commercial heat presses (170°C+) which melt synthetic elastane fibers.

DELICATE PILE & SHEEN

Velvet & Satin Team Warmups

Non-crushing attachment protocols that preserve pile texture and luster without heat press bruising.

Recommended: Sew-on perimeter or inverted heat application through the inside lining only.

Avoid: Direct surface iron pressing that crushes velvet pile or causes shiny pressure marks on satin.

Dense felt-base reinforcement designed to flex with movement without peeling at the corners.

Recommended: Dual heat-fusible seal reinforced with corner tack stitches on wool, fleece, or leather.

Recommended: Low-profile micro-velcro backing that holds flat and releases quietly backstage.
